This 14-day European adventure will allow you to explore a variety of cities—from Dubrovnik in Croatia to Vienna, Austria—and immerse yourself in the different cultures and histories of each destination. Each stop in this 9-country trip boasts unique attractions such as stunning natural landscapes, historical sites, and unique cultural experiences.

In Croatia, you’ll see dramatic landscapes at the world renowned Plitvice Lakes National Park, sunny beaches in Split, and one of the world’s most preserved medieval cities Dubrovnik’s Old Town. In Austria and Czechia, you’ll find magnificent palaces, gardens, and a treasure trove of Renaissance and Baroque architecture. There will also be time to experience the region’s exciting culinary scenes and traditional beer halls. While you’ll also get to know more about Budapest, Sarajevo, Belgrade, and other city destinations in the itinerary with a guided tour, you’re also given some time to explore and discover some parts of the cities on your own.

Day 2 Salzburg – Lake Bled – Ljubljana: Salzburg’s clifftop fortress, Lake Bled and Bled Castle, Ljubljana Castle
Day 3 Plitvice Lakes – Split: Plitvice Lakes National Park, beach resort near Split; group dinner
Day 4 Dubrovnik: Diocletian’s Palace Complex, Dubrovnik orientation tour of the Old Town
Day 5 Dubrovnik: free day to explore; optional excursion to Montenegro
Day 6 Mostar – Sarajevo
Day 7 Sarajevo – Belgrade: Republic Square, Kalemegdan Park, Belgrade Fortress; group dinner
Day 8 Belgrade – Hungarian Horse Farm – Budapest: optional lunch hosted at the Hungarian Horse Farm for the best Hungarian Goulash; evening driving tour in Budapest, Danube River, Fisherman’s Bastion; group dinner
Day 9 Budapest: free day to explore (sample more Hungarian cuisine, try the city’s bath houses, catch the sunset over the Danube)
Day 10 Bratislava – Vienna: Bratislava Castle, driving tour of Vienna; group dinner
Day 11 Mauthausen – Český Krumlov – Prague: Mauthausen Concentration Camp, Český Krumlov Castle; Prague walking tour, ‘Old Town’, Primatial Palace, Slovak National Theatre and the Main Square; group dinner
Day 12 Prague: free day to explore (try the local dishes and the beers, visit art galleries and museum, see Prague Castle, Lennon Wall
Day 13 Nuremberg – Munich: farewell dinner
