Day 4 Tokyo | Free day to explore the metropolis; optional visit to Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea
Day 5 Tokyo – Nagano – Yudanaka | Take the bullet train to Nagano (activate your JR Pass) and transfer to a local train to Yudanaka: visit the popular Snow Monkey Park
Day 6 Yudanaka – Nagano – Matsumoto | free time to explore Nagano until it’s time to take bullet train to Takayama

Day 13 Kyoto – Mount Koya | Take an overnight bag as your main luggage is transferred to Osaka. Transfer by train to Shin-Imamiya, then on to Gokurakubashi; take a cable car to Mount Koya
Day 14 Mount Koya – Hiroshima | Transfer back to Gokurakubashi by cable car; head back to Shin Imamiya, then transfer to Shin Osaka station. Take the bullet train to Hiroshima and check in to your hotel.
